Disable Calculating Time Remaining Notification!

Well I tried to find a solution for this but the truth is that there is no way to disable this annoying notifications, I would like to know who was the IDIOT inside Microsoft who suggest this so I can kick his a**.

But not al news are bad, I found this great tool who has a free version that takes control over every copy command in windows.
