Normally I use Windows Live Writer to write post on my blog, in fact 90% of the post was made using this software. But today I discover a new editor for blogging and I want to try.

Well I downloaded from here an installed on my computer and start writing just this post to see if I liked or not.

The window interface of Qumana is simple and clean, you can change many things like font, size, align, etc. You can add a link in an easy way or an image…

You have at the right side of the window the list of categories and you can indicate if you are going to allow comments and trackbacks. As you can see on the image above is a clean interface with nothing extra to comment about.

When you start this program you have two windows, one is the Qumana Blog Manager and the other is the editor. You can see both of them below.

I just download this program and installed. Right now I am using it to write this post and I can tell that it looks really great.

During the installation process, I had to respond many question related to my blog, like where I have it, what kind of service I have (Wordpress, Blogger, etc.) and many other things that I do not remember right now.

What I like it more is that during the installation it checks your blog and try to figure it out how is the theme your are using, so Live Writer try to emulate it during the writing process. And I have to say that this particular characteristic is really great, because right now I am feeling that I am working direct on my blog theme.

Other characteristics are: check spelling, you can view your post on Normal, Web Layout, Web Preview and HTML Code.

You can insert tables, pictures, tags, maps, video and many other things.

Seguramente ya has visto este titulo en cualquier cantidad de blogs, todos y cada uno diciendote que hacer para llevar mas gente a tu blog y que no solo lo visiten, si no que interactuen contigo. Yo tambien he visitado miles de estos blogs y unos dicen que hacer y que no. Bueno pues yo no voy a hacer lo mismo, en realidad lo que te voy a comentar es mi experiencia despues de hacerle caso a muchos de ellos.

Bueno pues despues de leer miles de sugerencias de que hacer o que no, lo unico que me ha ayudado es escribir por lo menos un comentario al dia, mentira de que tienes que escribir como loco varios comentarios con por lo menos un numero determinado de palabras, eso en realidad no sirve. Solo escribe uno pero cuando lo hagas ten en cuenta de que debes ser tu mismo, no copies o traduzcas de otros lados, claro a menos que lo indiques y le des credito a la o las personas que lo escrribieron junto con una liga a su sitio.
