You can upload or download a lot of themes for your device, to upload just zip your theme and upload it and immediately you can see an image of your theme.

For download the theme just click on the theme you like and you are going to download a zip file. Before installation unzip it.

Summerboard themes reside on your device in either this two folders:

/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/

/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/

You have a folder per theme so just copy the folder of the new theme via FTP, to do that check the IP address of your device and using an FTP
