To overcome this, you need to change your ip. Do the following:

1. Go to the download page
2. Click on the “Free” button
3. Type “javascript:alert(c=0)” in the address bar
4. Click “OK”
5. Click “OK” on the pop-up window
6. Enter captcha
7. Download
